How Does the White Elephant Gift Exchange Work?

• Each attendee must bring a wrapped gift with a value of up to $30.

• Names will be drawn randomly to determine the order of gift opening and stealing.

• The first person picks a gift to unwrap. Their turn then ends.

• Subsequent persons can pick a new gift to unwrap or steal a previously opened gift.

• If your gift is stolen, you can immediately choose to unwrap a new gift or steal another gift.

• You cannot immediately steal back a gift that was stolen from you.

• Each gift can be stolen a maximum of 2 times.

• Once the last person has picked or stolen, the first person gets the option to steal.
